Last minute cancellation must be 24 hours before activity date. A fee will apply for such cancellation as follows:
Administration fee of US$10.00 per pax is payable to Dolphin Lodge in the event of last minute cancellation for the Interaction and the Swimming Programs.
Administration fee of US$5.00 per pax is payable to Dolphin Lodge in the event of last minute cancellation for Dolphin Observer Program & Dolphin Educational Program.
No change of program once you have booked it.
Our Swimming Program is only suitable for medically fit proficient swimmers who are able to swim independently (i.e. without life jackets and floats) in the sea. The depth of our sea pool is 8 ~ 9 meters.
Only children who are above 12 years old with a minimum height of 1.5 meters and to be accompanied by an adult participant are allowed to participate in our Swimming Program.
Participants with the following conditions as stated below are not allowed to participate in our Interaction and Swimming programs or to board our boats:
Intoxicated / drunk.
Age of children for Interaction Program is from 2 to 12 years.
Children below 12 years old participating in our Interaction and Swimming programs must be accompanied by a paying adult participant. The ratio must be 1 child to 1 adult.
Children below 12 years old participating in the Observer / Educational Program must be accompanied by a paying adult participant. The ratio is 3 children to 1 adult.
Infants under 2 years of age and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any program or to board our boats.
To ensure a pleasant experience, group size will be limited when performing the same program. Guests who come in large groups can be divided into separate groups.
All our programs are subjected to the weather and the tidal conditions.
No food and drinks are allowed in the Dolphin Lodge floating sea pen.
Guests are advised not to carry bags and other items, such as jewelry and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses etc.) to our floating sea pen as we do not have lockers there. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if dropped into the sea or get wet during boat ride or program.
No big professional camera, drones, handler sticks or any camera / phone holders are allowed in our sea pen. We only allow guests to take pictures with smart phones and normal cameras. Our staff onboard our sea pen is not allowed to assist you to take pictures.
There will be a briefing on safety precautions and procedures during programs by our PR Group. Participants are requested to pay attention and understand them thoroughly as you have signed the Indemnity
Participants must take note of the departure time of the boat as the boat shall depart on time without changes.
Participants must follow the instructions given by our trainers during the program at our sea pen.
Participants will be given a life jacket and towel each and it must be returned after the activity.
Free transport services are provided for participating guests only with the following terms and conditions:
Our free transport service areas are only in Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Tg. Benoa, Nusa Dua (Jimbaran Area: Ayana, Rimba, Intercont) or locations that are considered near and within our free transport service area. Charges apply for other areas.
The requested pick-up location must have at least 2 participants for the Dolphin Swimming or Dolphin Interaction Program. For participants in our Dolphin Observer / Education program, there must be a minimum of 4 participants at the same location.
Free transport services are not provided for non-participants of our program. For non-participants who wish to accompany participants to Dolphin Lodge, he will be charged Rp.100.000 per person.
Our free transportation will be shared among other guests in the same area. If “private” transportation (no sharing) is requested by guests, then additional fees will apply.
All pick-up and drop-off locations for the arranged guests must be the same location. If there is a request for different location, extra charges apply.
Extra charges for transportation services will apply if:
the participant is less than the minimum required pax.
the participant requests for drop-off at different place as the pick-up location.
the pickup / drop location is out of our free transportation service zone.
If any client / customer does not require our free transportation service, there will be no deductions or discounts from our program rates.
Special transport service can be arranged for areas out of our free transport service zone and all costs will be borne by the guests.
